Voluntary work

The waterkiosk foundation is supported by volunteers on site, but also in a number of different areas in Switzerland. Would you like to help?

Then contact us: info@waterkiosk.org – we are looking forward to it!

Donation campaigns

It doesn’t take much to help people. With a little creativity and commitment, you can carry out a fundraising campaign that will make a lasting difference to the lives of less privileged people.

And besides, it will be a lot of fun!

Selling

Are you good at baking? Champion of homemade jam? Or do you have a flair for crafting jewelry or postcards?

Then support a good cause by contributing your talent and selling your handicraft creations on a market, in the village/town or office.

Give time and work

You don’t know how to bake? It doesn’t matter!

What you could certainly do is to donate your time in the form of practical help.

All those who take part in your fundraising campaign

  • Can bring over their bike for cleaning
  • Get coffee or water served at the office desk for one day
  • Can bring over their kids or dog for babysitting for one afternoon
  • Will soon have no more weeds in the garden

Gift

How about a donation for clean drinking water instead of a woolen sweater knitted by aunt Ruth?

Forgo your presents and instead ask for a donation to improve the quality of life for people in Tanzania.

There are plenty of occasions:

  • Birthday
  • Christmas
  • Wedding
  • Company anniversary

Sports

Look for sporty challenges: run a half-marathon, swim across lake Zurich, go on long mountain bike tours, go for a hut-to-hut trekking tour in the alps… And take your friends with you!

When you reach your goal, your donors can make a voluntary or fixed payment.

Collect money online

You can also start an online campaign to collect donations.
